We're happy to serve our community in person and online. Here are a few bits of information on how we do it. Let us know how we can help or improve your experience while you're here!
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping on most of our online product listings, with few exceptions including heavier, bulky items such as kayaks and paddle boards, certain vehicle racks and hardware, hard-side coolers, and select other items that may not be eligible for shipping. Please refer to the item description if you are having trouble purchasing an item for shipping. If you have a specific need for one of these items, please reach out to us to see if there are any exceptions to be made.
Shipping Fees
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders $99 and up!* Exceptions will apply for oversized items that are only eligible to be shipped at a higher rate due to elevated freight costs (refer to the item's description for any shipping exceptions). Please see below for our current shipping rates:
Standard Shipping - $7.95
Oversized-Eligible Shipping - $29.95
Custom Expedited Shipping - We don't currently offer a standard expedited shipping rate, but if you need something in a hurry, please call our store and we will do our best to accommodate with the shipping rates we have access to.
Order Processing
Orders typically will take 1 day for processing and pickup from our shipping carriers. If there is a certain day you need something by, please call our store and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Once the order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation that will provide you with an order status. Please be sure to provide a valid email address for this purpose. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. This tracking number may not update for a few hours or sometimes not until the following day.
Please note we are not able to ship to freight forwarding facilities or ship internationally at this time due to vendor restrictions.
**We will do everything we can to process your order in a timely manner, but please understand that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot control how or when it arrives at its destination. If you experience delays, we will do our best to take care of our customer and resolve the situation. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.**
Shipping Practices
Naturally Outdoors is proud to represent the outdoor community in our area, are we strive to be better stewards of the land we call home each day. When providing the service and convenience of online shopping to our customers, we will be conscious of our footprint and our waste. Packages that you receive from us may be sent to you in a recycled container, or with reused or repurposed packing material - so long that it does not affect the accompanying products. We are grateful for your business and aim to provide a quality shopping experience with minimized waste products.
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We understand shopping can sometimes be a “trial and error” experience - it may not always work out the way you’d hoped. That’s why we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all regular-priced goods. See below for our full return policy, and thank you for choosing Naturally Outdoors!

In-Store Purchases:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please bring your item(s) back to our store within 30 days of purchasing for regular-priced goods, and 10 days for sale items. Please ensure the items are being brought back in new, unused condition, with all manufacturer tags attached. For a refund, be sure to bring your original receipt. Without a receipt, we are only able to offer in-store credit for the returned item(s). All footwear should be brought back with its original box.
Regarding any defect with your item, please notify us as soon as you are able to so that we can address the issue, and make it right for you.
Online Purchases:
If you would like to return an item purchased online to our store in person, please refer to our “In-Store” policy above.
For returns being shipped back to us, please confirm the checklist below, and ship your item to the address as listed. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping the return package, and all refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, less any shipping fees applied to the original order.
Return Checklist:
- Today’s date is within 30 days of your order’s delivery date
- Items are in new, unused condition
- Items contain their original tags (and box if returning footwear)
- Items are properly packaged to be shipped back to us without being damaged in transit

**Be sure to include in the package a copy of your original receipt or packing list, with a written reason for return, and any other notes that are pertinent to returning the items.**
Exchanges:
We are happy to offer exchanges on your purchase for up to 60 days. Please stop by our store to swap your item out or give us a call if you need to coordinate an exchange by mail.
Please ensure the following when considering exchanging your purchase:
- Today’s date is within 60 days of your purchase
- Items are in new, unused condition
- Items contain their original tags (and box if exchanging footwear)
**Please note that all refunds to a credit card may take up to 5-7 business days to authorize and post - sometimes sooner, dependent on the banking institution you are using.**
