Returns:

Thank you for shopping with us! We understand shopping can sometimes be a “trial and error” experience - it may not always work out the way you’d hoped. That’s why we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all regular-priced goods. See below for our full return policy, and thank you for choosing Naturally Outdoors!

In-Store Purchases:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please bring your item(s) back to our store within 30 days of purchasing for regular-priced goods, and 10 days for sale items. Please ensure the items are being brought back in new, unused condition, with all manufacturer tags attached. For a refund, be sure to bring your original receipt. Without a receipt, we are only able to offer in-store credit for the returned item(s). All footwear should be brought back with its original box.

Regarding any defect with your item, please notify us as soon as you are able to so that we can address the issue, and make it right for you.

Online Purchases:

If you would like to return an item purchased online to our store in person, please refer to our “In-Store” policy above.

For returns being shipped back to us, please confirm the checklist below, and ship your item to the address as listed. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping the return package, and all refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, less any shipping fees applied to the original order.

Return Checklist:

  • Today’s date is within 30 days of your order’s delivery date

  • Items are in new, unused condition

  • Items contain their original tags (and box if returning footwear)

  • Items are properly packaged to be shipped back to us without being damaged in transit

Be sure to include in the package a copy of your original receipt or packing list, with a written reason for return, and any other notes that are pertinent to returning the items.

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer exchanges on your purchase for up to 60 days. Please stop by our store to swap your item out or give us a call if you need to coordinate an exchange by mail.

Please ensure the following when considering exchanging your purchase:

  • Today’s date is within 60 days of your purchase

  • Items are in new, unused condition

  • Items contain their original tags (and box if exchanging footwear)

**Please note that all refunds to a credit card may take up to 5-7 business days to authorize and post - sometimes sooner, dependent on the banking institution you are using.**
